Along the way, we’ll also shine light on the four silent saboteurs: shame, perfectionism, self-criticism, and unworthiness. You’ll learn how to release their grip once and for all.

LAVA Essentials is a safe space for truth, vulnerability, and transformation. It’s a gentle place to learn how to stop neglecting yourself and start loving yourself exactly as you are, unconditionally and unapologetically.

We meet every 2nd and 4th Thursday at 6:00 pm PT / 9:00 pm ET on Zoom. Each class stands strong on its own, but together, the full nine-week cycle delivers the complete LAVA Essentials you need to rise into the most authentic, unstoppable, and unapologetic version of yourself, the one you were born to be.

When the nine weeks are complete, we begin again. This revolving structure means you’re welcome to join at any time and will still receive all of the LAVA Essentials.
